Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders at prices reflected at the time the order was placed. However, should replenishment merchandise have a higher cost, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. You will be notified prior to any additional charges. Supply chain shortages are the new reality. We do our best to have products in stock. Delays may occur. We will inform you if we are not able to ship products on time. We have no control over our shipper’s delivery time,

Tax Exempt Status
Is your business tax exempt? If so, please call us at 775-782-4464 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PT). A customer service representative will work with you to collect the required paperwork. We will then set up your account to reflect tax exempt status. Please allow one to two business days for completion of this process.
We ship orders to the following locations: U.S., U.S. territories and military APO/FPO. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations unless special arrangement in writing is approved by us.
For customers within the contiguous U.S. we offer multiple shipping options including standard ground and expedited shipping. UVC LLC will select the commercial carrier. Delivery via commercial carrier to residential addresses typically occurs Tuesday-Saturday, while commercial addresses deliver Monday-Friday. Some restrictions apply. All shipping options and pricing are provided on the checkout page. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO
For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military APO/FPO, a higher shipping cost may be charged on all orders. If the full order is not in stock, the customer will be given the option to ship complete once all product becomes available, or may select partial shipments; however the customer will be responsible for freight and handling charges with each partial shipment.
Ships Within 3-5 day
In order to combat the ever-increasing shipping costs we bundle orders to reduce costs.
We put a high priority on getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship full orders unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Standard overnight and two-day expedited weekday delivery options are offered on many products within the contiguous U.S. only. Expedited requests are required by 11:00 am PT Monday-Friday. Large orders, heavy items and oversize products may require additional expedited shipping charges. Restrictions may apply based on size, weight, length and cost. Customers will be notified in the event that expedited shipping is not available.
Special Oversize Shipping
Certain items require extra protection and/or additional handling and packaging to ensure proper delivery. A special oversize shipping/packaging fee is charged for each of these items.
Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. UVC LLC is not responsible for carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, must notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us and the carrier immediately and get directions on how to proceed.
Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight, or susceptibility to damage. Customers will be notified in the event a product cannot be shipped.
Full Case Requirement
Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. UVC LLC requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.
Returns, Cancellations or Order Changes

Within 5 days of receiving your order, you may exchange a product that is unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. UVC LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements. If we have made an error in your order, we will replace the order. You must contact UVC LLC for written approval before returning any product or the return will be refused.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- 1. The product to be returned must be in its original, unopened, unused condition and must be complete.
- 2. Contact us via chat, (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm west coast time or email requesting a return authorization number (RMA).
- 3. Write the return authorization number (RMA #) on the original packing slip, or a separate piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number and include with the return.
- 4. Write the return authorization number (RMA #) on the outside of the shipping box.
- 5. Ship the item back to UVC LLC.
